    Additional specialised programming to add to our gyms daily base CrossFit programming. Our daily CrossFit programming should always be the focus, your additional programming provided is relative to your goals, fitness level and time you can dedicate to trainining each week. 
  • EXCLUSIVE WEEKLY PRIVATE GROUP SESSION

    In our experience there is no doubt the more time you spend with a coach the better results you will achieve in less time. You will receive coaching and accountability where you need it most! 
  • TRACK PROGRESS

    Managing the factors beyond the workout is just as important as the workout itself. Over the 4 weeks you will be held accountable to daily tracking your training, nutrition, sleep and mobility through your performance tracking app.

ABOUT YOUR COACH DARCIA

Darcia has successfully established herself across a multitude of disciplines in the fitness industry with a career spanning over 10 years. Throughout the course of her fitness career she has spent 6 years as a CrossFit coach and has gained a lot of knowledge learning from world renowned experts in different training methodologies. Darcia has also proved herself as an athlete winning Miss Figure Australia in 2014 and competing at the CrossFit Regionals 4 times as an individual and team competitor and at the world CrossFit Games in 2016.
As you'll experience Darcia is seriously passionate and dedicated in helping people be a better version of themselves in and outside of the gym.
